Casts
SpellArg.SPELL1 and evaluates the SpellArg.CONDITION: if it is fulfilled, casts SpellArg.SPELL2. When SpellArg.EXCLUSIVE is true, behaves like an EitherOrSpell.
Use this spell to evaluate a condition after SpellArg.SPELL1 is evaluated.
For example, "Deal 3 damage. If the target dies, draw a card.":
